Make a Textured Copper Pendant

Workshop with Lucy Spink & Rebecca Walklett

Saturday 18 July 2026, 10.30am - 12pm OR 1pm - 2.30pm

£35

Venue: MAKE Southwest

Suitable for: Adults

Level: Beginners

a Green Maker Initiative workshop

During this workshop you will hear about Rebecca & Lucy’s approaches to mark making for the objects in the exhibition In Praise of Small Things

They will show you how some of the textures were made and let you have a go at your own marks. This involves the use of hammers, punches, rock textures and other textured material. The workshop will be loud and ear defenders are provided but feel free to bring your own ear plugs / defenders.

After some time playing, you can transfer your favourite marks to a pre-cut & drilled shape to create your own pendant.

Cord to hang the pendant from is also provided.

This workshop is a half day workshop only - there is one morning session (10.30am - 12pm) and one afternoon session (1pm - 2.30pm). You should only book on one of the sessions.
