Marieke studied Ceramic Art at Burg Giebichenstein in Halle, Germany. Since 2015 she lives and works in Moretonhampstead.
She works in stoneware clay. Each piece is unique and hand sculpted. The equine and canine subject are of particular interest to her, with their fascinating history and deep connection to human kind.
