This workshop coincides with our Jubilee Gallery exhibition: '20 Years in the Making' - a celebration of 20 years of the Craft Festival.

Join weaver, textile designer and MAKE Southwest Maker Member, Jessica Cutler for an introductory workshop in Frame Loom Weaving.

You will learn how to make your own fabric using a variety of classic weave structures as well as some decorative tapestry techniques.

Students will learn how to warp their own looms, weave, finish and create their own woven wall-hanging or decorative fabric. The workshop will focus on texture, pattern and colour.

All tools and materials will be provided.

This course is intended for beginners, anyone wanting a recap, or anyone looking for some creative downtime!
