Ceramic Hand Building in Porcelain

Join ceramicist Taja who will show you how to hand build porcelain tableware.

You will have the opportunity to make porcelain tableware such as a mug or bowl, using hand building techniques including coil and slab. All the pots will be glazed and fired by Taja, and returned to MAKE Southwest for collection at a later date.

All tools and materials will be provided. Please wear old clothes.

 

On the Day

All materials will be provided.

Lunch is not included in the ticket fee so please bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.

On arrival, please make your way to the side gate of the Riverside Mill, through the courtyard and up the stone stairs on the side of the building. Please let us know if you require the lift.

Please be aware that you cannot use the Co-op car park for all day parking. The Methodist Church car park and Station Road car park usually have plenty of spaces
