A fascinating insight into the making techniques of three potters working in Japan, whose work is being exhibited at Make Southwest.
Peter Seabridge will introduce the visiting potters and there will be demonstrations of throwing – Japanese style. Tea-bowl master, Ryuji Hodaka, will demonstrate how he makes tea-bowls. Shinpei Fukushima will demonstrate his intricate fluting techniques.
