Bethan is a studio potter based in Devon, UK and has been a potter and associate member of MAKE Southwest for the last 10 years. Previously, Bethan worked for potter Lisa Hammond MBE, following her graduation in Contemporary Ceramics BA (Hons) and has since used these skills to produce quality, functional tableware. Bethan predominantly throws her work in stoneware on the potters wheel and mixes up her glazes using raw materials.
Bethan’s range of contemporary, handmade tableware is produced utilising her passion for skilled craft and design and then glazed in beautiful soft glazes in an array of contemporary colours. Bethan uses a mixture of quiet, earthy tones and bright, energetic colours to reflect the mood and taste of the user.
The ceramic range is designed with a timeless aesthetic; to make the everyday that little bit more special. By bringing quality, handmade craft into the home she hopes that her ceramics become part of your everyday rituals.
