A curated, craft fair style exhibition in one of the Southwest’s leading craft galleries. It showcases handmade craft from across the UK, for the Christmas gift buying shoppers, enticing them with high quality, unique pieces, in a welcoming and festive environment; a great alternative to the high street.
This year we are delighted to be showing work as part of Under the Tree by 4 textile artists from Onoma, Finland.
We have been working with Onoma since 2023 when we first sent work by a selection of our Maker Members to Finland to show in a collaborative exhibition at their galleries called CHAPTER 1 / LUKU 1 . This is Chapter 2, and we look forward to the next chapter!
Founded in the historical Fiskars village in Raseborg in 1996, Onoma, the Cooperative of Artists, Designers and Artisans in Fiskars, is one of the oldest operating cooperatives of artists in Finland. Onoma’s 150 members represent dozens of different fields of design, arts and crafts, and each of them either lives or works in Fiskars village.
