Sustainable Makers Sale

Green Maker Initiative

Saturday 01 October, 11am - 4pm | FREE

Did you know that it’s Great Big Green Week coming up?!

The Great Big Green Week is the UK’s biggest ever celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature.

Between 24 September - 02 October 2022, Great Big Green Week will unleash a wave of support for action to protect the planet. Tens of thousands of people in every corner of the country will celebrate the heartfelt, brave, everyday actions being taken to stand up for nature and fight climate change.

This September, people across the country will come together to take positive action with their communities; hosting events and activities to inspire others to step up for climate, nature and people, and call on decision makers to create a safer, greener future. Communities will be organising bake sales to bush craft, festivals to football matches, and everything in between!

There will be all sorts of activities and events taking place all week throughout our hometown of Bovey Tracey. We’ll be celebrating with a Sustainable Makers Sale, bought to you by our Green Maker Initiative

Where: MAKE Southwest’s workshop/events space located on the first floor of our Riverside Mill (Bovey Tracey, TQ13 9AF)

When: Saturday 01 October 2022, 11am - 4pm
