Sushi Making Demonstration

Ryuji Hodaka, who, as well as being a potter, is also a trained chef, will demonstrate the art of making sushi. He will make the process easy to understand and show participants how easy it is to do, with a bit of practice. We will also talk about the art of food presentation in Japan and the relationship between pots and food.
