Zaleika creates a range of minimal silver and brass jewellery using traditional silversmithing techniques from her studio in east Cornwall.
Her work is inspired by the materials and how they can be manipulated or transformed. She often combines geometric forms with soft curves to create minimal designs.
All her work is handmade using a variety of recycled silver and brass such as tube, sheet and wire to make unique two toned pieces of work.
Many of her designs are kinetic and move or spin, this creates a playful element and encourages interaction with its wearer. Her aim is to create work that surprises and delights through movement and bold elegant design.
