Winner of the Gold Prize for Glass in the Craft & Design Magazine Awards, Steve is an established glass artist and designer whose work is instantly recognisable and collected world-wide.
A pioneer in the use of glass enamels, Steve has developed specialist techniques to create pieces bursting with vibrancy and texture.
He works mainly to commission, creating bespoke wall art, splash-backs and architectural glass. Clients have included private home-owners around the world as well as hotels, hospitals and schools.
His influences are mainly from the natural world, particularly oceanic colours and textures, and more recently tree forms.
Steve enjoys sharing his knowledge and expertise, and runs regular public workshops in glass fusing with enamels at his Studio.
Steve also runs popular classes and workshops at his Devon studio, and a new online one-to-one session, sharing his knowledge and expertise in glass kiln-forming and enamels.
