Once we have received payment, we'll be in touch (within 5 days) with your unique Friends number and we'll pop your Friends discount card in the post!
Want to shop before you’ve received your Friends number or discount card? No problem! Just show your transaction email receipt to the team at the till and they’ll apply your discount.

Joint: £60
Joint Friends must be from the same household. You will receive 2 cards and both names of Friends will be noted on the database, but we only require contact details of the lead person. All communications from MAKE Southwest will be directed to the email address of the lead person, submitted in this form.
