Rosie creates handmade wooden kitchenware from her workshop in rural Devon.
Her varied range includes functional hand carved wooden spoons, chopping boards, mugs and bowls as well as more sculptural pieces for the shelf or wall.
All wood is a natural story and no two stories are alike. The ancient tales of growth, written deep within the grain – the twists, knots and patterns are what make wood a joy for Rosie to work with. Each quirk of the timber helps her find the piece it will become.
Rosie crafts everything from sustainably sourced wood, locally grown where possible, ensuring you receive something of beauty, and usefulness without spoil to our global environment.
As a child, Rosie’s parents ran a busy sawmill and her memories of home are those of industrial saws whirring, with the fragrant scent of freshly machined trees in the air.
